 With 25 years of experience as a bodyworker and yoga teacher, Helen is highly attuned to sensing, feeling, and deeply listening to each unique person and really hearing the story they and their body have to tell. Helen has an especially strong connection with KaHuna, which is a traditional Hawaiian form of healing bodywork. She often describes this as 'the heart' of all her sessions. KaHuna incorporates rhythmic, flowing movements to massage the body from head to toe. The depth of pressure can be tailored to suit your needs and preferences on the day. KaHuna provides a truly holistic approach to healing by balancing the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions. This style of massage is deeply relaxing and nourishing, soothes your tired and aching muscles, and rejuvenates your spirit.

What does a typical session include:

- A consultation: to assess your current state of health and overall wellbeing;

- A full body massage using organic coconut & pure essential oils: incorporating rhythmic, flowing Hawaiian massage techniques and other modalities such as remedial, reflexology and sound therapy as required.

-Pre- or post-treatment: advice on yoga stretches and / or breathing techniques to address key issues or concerns and encourage a deeper sense of peace and calm.
