A typical treatment will include:
- a consultation: to assess your current state of health and wellbeing;
- a full body massage using organic coconut & pure essential oils: incorporating rhythmic, flowing Hawaiian massage techniques and other modalities such as remedial, hot stone and reflexology as required.
- post treatment: advice on yoga stretches and / or breathing techniques to address key issues or concerns and encourage a deeper sense of peace and calm.
